FONTS
Please send all fonts used in the file(s). These include the font postscript (type 1) and the corresponding suitcase. When exporting graphics, that include type, please convert to outlays, curves or paths. This will eliminate the need to send fonts.

COLOURS
Please send an accurate colour copy of the image, colour chips or colour references (use Pantone coated) and we will match as close as possible to accommodate your choices.

SCANNING
Image must be clear and sharp (a title blurs when increased in size) Scanned White : an image that has white or light areas (like pale yellow) will have a dot pattern. If you want a clean area please edit it out. Clean white areas will have faint cyan and magenta lines that are visible when visible when viewed up close.

ARTWORK
Photographs (semi glossy preferred) Transparencies (no large than 10" x 10") Original artwork (not recommended for possible loss or damaged in shipping) We do not recommend using test in PHOTOSHOP. For Mac file, final layout in A4 size or in proportioned size.

EDITING
If your images require editing due to poor quality artwork, photography, etc, you will be charged at our hourly shop rate. We will notify you to discuss the particulars and get approval before starting.
